Established 2007 as a Power Development and Trading company to deliver energy solutions (generation and distribution) on a turn-key EPC or Build, Own, Operate (B.O.O.) basis in Nigeria and sub-saharan Africa.
GEC Power is a wholly owned subsidiary company of The GEC Group. 
GEC Power has the capability to provide plant O&M on a long term service agreement basis utilizing OEM technicians and parts.
GEC Power will leverage internal Group capabilities for total power solutions in delivery of Substation design and construction, transmission line design and erection, Power Plant Erection / Construction.
Pipeline of identified opportunities on EPC / B.O.O basis in excess of 0.3GW under 7 plants and ranging from 6MW – 120MW.
